The 2025 BRIT Awards delivered an unforgettable night of music, with Charli XCX leading the way, taking home an impressive five awards, including Artist of the Year, Mastercard Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Dance Act, and Songwriter of the Year. Her triumph at this year’s ceremony solidifies her as one of the most influential artists in the global music scene.
Charli's standout moment came with her album Brat, which won Mastercard Album of the Year. The album, hailed for its genre-defying sound and emotional depth, captured the hearts of both fans and critics alike. Additionally, her hit single “Guess,” featuring Billie Eilish, took home Song of the Year, further cementing her dominant presence in the pop world.
In the Dance Act category, Charli XCX's innovation in combining electronic and pop elements earned her another victory, while her Songwriter of the Year award celebrated her impressive talent behind the scenes.
Other big winners at the BRITs included Ezra Collective, who won Group of the Year, continuing to bring their unique fusion of jazz and Afrobeat to global audiences. JADE was named Pop Act, while Sam Fender took home the award for Alternative/Rock Act.
Myles Smith was honored with the BRITs Rising Star award, while RAYE won R&B Act, and Stormzy claimed the Hip Hop/Grime/Rap Act award.
The night also saw Chappell Roan win International Artist of the Year, while Sabrina Carpenter was awarded BRITs Global Success. The Last Dinner Party received the coveted Best New Artist award, adding to the diverse range of talent celebrated at the 2025 BRITs.
